Supervisor/Production Manager

The Role:

  • Day to day running of the production
  • Managing a team of skilled and non skilled workers
  • Ensure production deadlines are met
  • Ordering materials and liaising with material & product providers to ensure time lines are met
  • Ensuring a high level of work output
  • Ensuring a high level of quality of products
  • Ensuring your team are working in a safe manner and adhering to site safety rules and standards
  • Liaising with management, data management, reporting back to the Directors

Essential Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of workplace hazards, risk management, and safety procedures.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • A qualification in either Project Management, Construction Management or concrete Manufacturing Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment.

Pre cast Labourers

  • Working as part of the production team
  • Use of tools such as mallets, hammers, grinders
  • Patching
  • Manual handling
  • Working in a safe manner at all times
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

These roles are Monday to Friday, temp to perm for the right candidates.

We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator who can provide support to the DC Manager and Operations Manager of a large transport company in Eagle Farm. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc administrative duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A certificate in Business Administration or at least 2 years admin experience required
  • High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Work, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher

This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, focusing on machine set-ups, die changes, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient production output.

This opportunity suits candidates with previous experience in plastics, blow moulding, extrusion, or general manufacturing environments who are mechanically minded and confident working with machinery and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting and changing dies on manufacturing machinery
  • Machine start-ups, shutdowns and product changeovers
  • Monitoring machine performance and production quality
  • Troubleshooting machine and production issues
  • Performing basic machine maintenance and adjustments
  • Ensuring all quality and safety procedures are followed
  • Completing production and maintenance documentation
  • Assisting with colour changes and production line setup
  • Working closely with production and maintenance teams

About You

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operating or die setting

Reporting to the Admin Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
