There roster structure – all staff must work a rotating roster consisting of 3 12hour shift per week of both day and night shift.

Month 2 same shifts except working the end of the weeks Thurs- Sat – Please note when working Saturday shift the entire shift is at OT rates.$$$$

Duties will involve but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for team output
  • Reporting to direct supervisor
  • Inspection of products
  • Sorting of product
  • Repetitive manual handling up to 25kg
  • Weighing of raw ingredients ,sugars starches powders
  • Working on a HI SPEED production line
  • Cleaning of production lines and product storage bins

To be suitable for this position you must meet the listed requirements below:

We are seeking a Transport Administration officer who can support the daily operational needs of a large transport company. The role will require presence performing administrative tasks such as transport documentation, data entry, client services and general administrative duties.

About the Role

As a Blow Moulding Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of blow moulding machinery, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimise downtime, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor blow moulding machines in line with production schedules and specifications
  • Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and stoppages to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct routine autonomous maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and process faults
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality and customer standards
  • Identify, isolate, and rework non-conforming products as required
  • Maintain accurate production, downtime, and maintenance records
  • Support Die Setters, Process Workers, and Production Leaders to achieve daily production targets
  • Handle, blend, and granulate plastic materials in line with manufacturing requirements
  • Ensure correct labelling and traceability of finished goods
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with 5S and housekeeping standards
  • Train and support junior team members when required
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and quality improvement

About You

  • Previous experience in blow moulding or plastics manufacturing (highly regarded)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Confident working within automated production environments
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Qualifications

  • Experience as a technician in a plastics manufacturing environment

Production Clerk – Quality Control

We are currently seeking a motivated Production clerk to support the day to day production needs of a raw materials business. The role is responsible for managing the administrative and data-driven aspects of the manufacturing process, with a specialised focus on inventory accuracy through back flushing (automatic consumption of materials upon production completion). You will serve as a vital link between the production floor, purchasing, and warehouse departments, ensuring that production records are accurate, materials are available, and finished goods are properly accounted for in the ERP

Responsibilities:

  • Firm understanding of CRM and/or data entry processes (Dynamics 365 highly valued)
  • Perform back flushing in the ERP system (Dynamics 365) to issue raw materials to production orders based on finished goods output.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and Warehouse teams to resolve material shortages.
  • Ensure adequate amounts of materials are used and available
  • Collaborate with the Production team to investigate discrepancies
  • Input system data with high accuracy regarding quantities and adjustments

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in ERP systems
  • Quality Assurance or Control experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and familiarity with MES or WMS software. (Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
  • Meticulous accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective verbal and written skills for coordinating with various departments.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude a must.
