About the ROLE
You are required to deliver Wine to Customers, restaurants, Bars, stores etc primarily focused in Sydney Metro with some regional deliveries to Southern Highlands, wollongong and canberra. The role involves a combination of palletised, hand-loaded and carton freight.
It is a physically demanding role, with regular lifting between 15kg-35kgs, you must be comfortable with Manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day. - Provide pallet usage reports and insights to support cost control.
- Build strong relationships with customers and carriers regarding pallet returns and exchanges.
Systems & Reporting
- D365 manage orders, inventory movements, and transport documentation.
- Prepare daily and periodic transport and pallet reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data and present insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in transport coordination
- High Level knowledge of Dynamics 365
- High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Work, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher
