We are currently seeking a Warehouse and Data Entry Officer for a Transport Company in Erskine Park. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and have a dynamic “can do” attitude and be a proactive employee when learning tasks and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion and blow moulding machines
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
  • Operate forklifts safely for material handling and production support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating extrusion machinery in a plastics environment
  • Hands-on experience with blow moulding processes

*ABOUT THE ROLE*

We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Fitters to join our team across two Sydney locations – Chipping Norton and Belrose. These are permanent full-time positions with a variety of mechanical, welding, and fabrication work on heavy industrial plant and equipment.

You’ll be responsible for scheduled and preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown response, and welding/fabrication work across our crushing, screening, stripping, and conveyor systems.

*SHIFTS AVAILABLE*

Chipping Norton:

* Day shift: approx. 5:00am – 3:00pm

* Afternoon shift: approx. 2:30pm – midnight/1:00am

Belrose:

* Day shift: approx. 5:30am – 3:00pm

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Scheduled maintenance on crushing, main, and stripping plants

* Conveyor maintenance – tensioning, tracking, bearings, rollers, drums, and motor gearbox replacement

* Crusher maintenance including blow bars, wear plates, V belts, screens, and bearings

* Emergency breakdown response across screening, crushing, and stripping equipment

* Welding and fabrication using gas, arc, MIG, and stick welding

* Operating plant and equipment as required

* Completing safety documentation (Take 5, ATW, Hotworks) and working to safe practices at all times

*WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR*

* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified Welder, Boilermaker, or Fitter

* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure industrial environment

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Able to read and interpret basic engineering drawings

* Awareness of working safely around heavy plant machinery

* Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

About the Role
FMCG manufacturer specializing in personal care, home care, cosmetics, and consumer products. Forklift Operators play a key role in supporting warehouse, production, and dispatch operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock and materials throughout the facility

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate High Reach, Counterbalance, and other licensed forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and deliveries.
  • Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between warehouse and production areas.
  • Put away stock and replenish pick locations as required.
  • Conduct stock transfers and inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
  • Pick and stage orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate pallet labelling and product identification.
  • Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and report equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all WHS, GMP, quality assurance, and site procedures.

Requirements

  • Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).

  • Experience within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries is highly regarded.
