Warehouse and Workshop Administrator

• Monday to Friday 7.00am-1.00pm
• Free, secure on site parking
• $37.13 per hour casual rate
• Hazelmere location
• Potential to lead to permanency after 14 weeks
• Must have own transport

Located in Hazelmere, the purpose of this position is to provide warehouse administrative support to the daily operations of a large company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to assist and encourage the use of Company processes and procedures including Quality systems and risk management framework to ensure major operational standards are effective, efficient and in accordance with our client’s way.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold and lead by the organisational Mission statement, company objectives and promote this to all staff under your supervision
• Bookings and Scheduling of service
• Maintenance system administration
• Receiving and receipting of goods
• Provide admin support to the vehicle serving department
• Inventory management including ordering and documenting supplies
• Generating work orders
• DVR updates
• Part ordering and inventory control
• Respond and assist with any queries relating to responsibilities
• Provide support to reporting manager

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Previous experience in warehousing, workshops or service centres and advantage
• Ability to build effective relationships, internally and externally
• Self-managed, motivated, and energetic
• Computer skills desirable: ability to use the computer for transport related systems and Microsoft applications such as Office 365, Excel & Word
