Our Safety Approach

Safety at Labourpower is built into every stage of the workforce lifecycle, before placement, on site, and ongoing.

Before placement, we set the right foundation through site observations where practicable, role-specific risk alignment, and careful candidate selection. We ensure every worker understands the role, site conditions and safety expectations from day one.

During placement, we keep workers supported and aligned through site inductions, clear PPE requirements, and ongoing communication between Labourpower, workers and site teams. Regular check-ins help maintain wellbeing and performance.

Ongoing, we stay engaged through incident management, return to work support, and continuous feedback with clients and workers. This allows us to identify risks early, review placement suitability, and continuously improve safety outcomes.
