What you’ll be doing

You’ll take full ownership of recruitment delivery across a blue-collar client portfolio – logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing:

Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for high-volume blue-collar roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment from job briefing through to placement
Build and maintain a strong candidate talent pool
Advertise roles across relevant job boards and platforms
Handle payroll and job-related queries promptly and professionally
Conduct site visits and toolbox sessions with clients

What you’ll bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant
Strong background in blue-collar or high-volume industrial recruitment (highly regarded)
Proactive, energetic approach with excellent communication skills
Exceptional time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
