Labourpower is one of Australia’s leading labour hire and recruitment providers, connecting quality workers with businesses across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for an energetic and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at our Milperra branch.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (with relevant breaks). As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for our clients across the industrial, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, database searches, referrals, and advertising
Screen resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews
Coordinate reference checks, compliance documentation, and onboarding paperwork
Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruitment database
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing and future roles
Liaise with candidates regarding shifts, availability, and placements
Support consultants with general administrative and recruitment tasks
Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through to placement

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a customer service/administration role (recruitment experience highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in people
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; database/CRM experience a plus

Salary

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
