- Guide the leadership team through Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analysis controls

- Manage and improve business management systems where possible
- Drive and implement improvement activities
- Identify and improve LEAN practices – reduce waste of resources
- Manage and maintain business ISO compliance

- Implement standardised document and reporting formats across the business
Required Skills/Qualification
- SOP writing skills
- ISO qualifications in production
- LEAN principle qualifications
- Return to Work and Injury Management experience – 3 years min
