What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing, servicing, and growing a portfolio of valued accounts
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction at every touchpoint
  • Conducting client site visits, toolbox talks, job observations, and risk assessments
  • Managing workforce safety, pay queries, and payroll communications

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience in blue collar recruitment or a strong willingness to learn
  • Proactive and energetic approach with a focus on outcomes

  • Confidence in stakeholder communication and multitasking in a high-volume environment
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office and computer skills

Labourpower is currently seeking 30 x FOOD PRODUCTION STAFF to work in a Food Manufacturing plant in Taren Point These roles will mainly be focused in the OVENS, DEPOSITING AND MIXING SECTIONS

To be successful for this role you will need;

  • Be able to perform general production paper work and quality checks when required
  • Be responsible for quality
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
  • Mixing and Batching Ingredients

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

  • DAY – 6am-2pm, 6.30am-2.30pm, 7.30am-3.30pm

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operator who can efficiently manage customer import orders, fulfil customer requirements, process importations through internal systems, in conjunction with the Customs Broker, in line with Company processes and in accordance with the Company standards.

  • Deliver the specific goals in relation to customer understanding, value creation, operational excellence, and financial improvement.
  • Job registrations and obtaining / preparing necessary documents for Customs clearance, through to delivery of goods to Customers
  • Collect relevant charges, invoicing, and job costings
  • Monitor cargo availability
  • Provide best service to Customs brokers
  • Communicate all delays and issues to customers
  • Be proficient with all customers’ requirements within the Customer Service Team and be in a position to support operations when team members are absent.
  • Approving and processing creditor invoices
  • Follow client SOP’s
  • Other duties as directed by Customer Service Supervisor and Operations Manager.
  • Meet all Quality, Environmental and OH&S criteria and ensure adherence to all requirements and procedures as stipulated in the client manual
  • Co-ordinating deliveries of airfreight, LCL and FCL shipments to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience.
  • Preferred knowledge of EDI / Cargowise
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, and accountancy practices a distinct advantage.
  • Customer services and commercial exposure such as quoting and rate negotiation

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Officer to support the day to to operations of a large transport and logistics company.

Duties of the role:

  • Ensure integrity of specific client inventory held at site
  • Identify and investigate all stock discrepancies and reporting as required
  • Co-ordinate daily cycle counts and wall to wall storage location checks to ensure integrity of client inventory nationally
  • Assist with stock takes, including scheduling, updating procedures and reconciliation resources
  • Maintains WMS database in terms of parity between systems and report KPI variances
  • Monitor and deliver on all relevant inventory KPIs and report to internal stakeholders and the customer
  • assist with training of inventory control concepts and methods of measurement and improvement

Qualifications:

  • Sound experience in WMS systems in an RF environment
  • Sound experience within the Logistics industry preferably in a 3PL environment with focus on inventory management functions
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Officer user
  • ability to meet the roles responsibilities with minimal supervision.
