Front End Loader – Kembla Grange

Front End Loader Operator – Immediate Start! 🚨
📍 Kembla Grange | ⏱ Early Starts | 💰 Ongoing Work

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused operator to join our busy recycling site.

👉 What you’ll be doing:

• Controlling the intake bay (managing truck flow for tipping)
• Pushing up materials into stockpiles
• Loading material into open-topped semi-trailers
• Must be physically capable of climbing in and out of machines repeatedly
• Some manual handling required
• General housekeeping & maintaining safe site conditions
• Completing dockets & paperwork
• Police check and fitness test required

👉 What you need:
✔ Driver Licence
✔ Strong work ethic & reliability
✔ Able to handle physical work
✔ FEL experience a bonus (not essential!)

🕓 Hours: Training 8am-4pm → 5am-1pm once competent
📅 Mon-Fri + occasional weekends
📈 Long-term role with permanent opportunity
