Bookings Officer Transport

• Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
• 4-6 week placement
• $40.56 per hour inclusive of casual loading
• Brisbane Airport Location
• Commencing ASAP

The Bookings Officer, will be responsible for the daily coordination of transport bookings with the clients carriers.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking booking/time slot for Incoming deliveries
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Proficient Computer skills
• Booking transport for orders through EFMApp – 3rd party online booking system (training will be provided)
• Stocking in/out cargo from out WMS system
• Other minor administration duties

Qualifications/Skills:

• Must have safety boots
• Own car/vehicle
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Be prepared to have a security and ID check complete
