Account Manager

Labourpower are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team in Altona.

Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue-collar recruitment environment. They would have developed the ability to build instant rapport with clients and would have fine-tuned their administration, HR/Safety and customer service skills or a willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is always provided
• Recruit, interview, onboard and induct candidates
• Conduct site visits, risk assessments and toolboxes for all designated clients
• Workforce rostering via our own custom designed technology
• Attend to pay queries and payroll emails promptly
• Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities

The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment, including recruitment
• Exceptional time management and highly organised
• A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
• Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment
• Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
• Car and license essential
• Previous FT360 experience highly regarded
