Responsibilities:
- Review forecasts and historical usage for inventory ordering
- Create purchase orders
- Analyse levels to maintain optimal stock levels, no stock-outs
- Liaise with global distribution centre to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Ensure orders are receipted and processed
- Coordinate stock take/cycle count management
- Replenish stock holdings for logistics and production
- Liaise with the internal finance accounts team for invoice receipt
- Credit returned stock processed and returned to the global distribution centre.
- Support Logistic function (including Receiving, Packing and Distributing)
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain highly valued
- 2-3+ year’s experience with inventory control, ordering (supply and demand)
- Knowledge and operational experience in exposure to different supply chain areas
- Experience in dealing and working with overseas factories and international freight providers
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
