Forklift Driver (LF)

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators (LF Licence) for ongoing casual assignments across distribution centres, 3PL/FAK warehouses and freight operations. With new clients coming on board each month, we are building a reliable casual pool ready for consistent and long-term opportunities.

About the Role

  • Operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Putaways, replenishment and pallet movement
  • RF scanning and pick packing
  • Manual handling and general warehouse duties
  • Working in fast-paced logistics and distribution environments
  • Slip-sheeting experience will considered favourably

Shift Times:
Most assignments commence from 7:00am, with finishes typically no later than 4:00pm. Start and finish times may vary depending on client requirements.

Pay Rate:
$34-$35 per hour + Super (rate dependent on experience and assignment)

To Be Considered You Must Have

  • Current LF Forklift Licence
  • Minimum 6 months recent forklift operating experience
  • Experience within warehouse, logistics, freight or 3PL environments
  • Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in KPI-driven warehouse environments
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Availability for day shifts (Monday – Friday)
  • Reliable transport
  • Complete Drug & Alcohol screening, Reference, and Criminal History checks

    Management Accountant

    The Role

    We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and meaningful business insights.

    This is a hands-on role with ownership across inventory accounting, general ledger, month-end close and management reporting, while also providing analysis that supports better business decisions. You’ll work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Head Office teams across the ANZ business, with the opportunity to drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own inventory accounting, including valuations, reconciliations, provisions and variance analysis

    • Lead and support month-end close activities
    • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review financial results
    • Deliver management reporting and insightful variance analysis

    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
    • Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements

    About You

    To be successful, you will ideally have:

    • CA or CPA qualification
    • 4-7 years’ experience in financial accounting and/or audit
    • Strong inventory accounting and general ledger experience
    • Solid experience across month-end close, reporting, audit and compliance
    • Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and a strong control mindset
    • Experience working within a group reporting environment is advantageous
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • A proactive approach to process improvement and continuous optimisation

    We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and resilient Transport Allocator to join a specialised transport company in Murarrie. Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, this role is responsible for ensuring the effective and safe movement of all freight in and out of our 3PL Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to positively join a team and roll with the punches, be flexible to handle anything that might come their way and display resilience during busy periods.

    Objectives of this Role

    • Transport Operations & Planning: Coordinate and allocate daily parcel and pallet delivery schedules across Brisbane and South-East Queensland, ensuring the effective utilisation of fleet and transport resources. Maximise route efficiency and delivery productivity while coordinating both company drivers and subcontracted transport providers.
    • Manage Delivery Performance: Monitor delivery performance in real time, proactively managing service exceptions and operational disruptions to maintain customer service standards.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with drivers, customers and warehouse teams through clear and effective communication
    • Service Delivery: Investigate and resolve service issues promptly and ensure all transport activities are conducted in accordance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), safety and company compliance requirements.
    • Champion a Safety-First Culture: Lead and facilitate regular toolbox meetings to reinforce safety, operational priorities and team communication

    Experience and Qualifications
