Labourpower is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager based in Brisbane to drive business growth and build strategic client partnerships across Queensland.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for securing new business, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies that support ongoing growth and profitability.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key market within a growing national recruitment business.

We are looking for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-focused environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve state sales and profit targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Brisbane
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct site visits to understand operational and safety requirements
  • Prepare and present labour hire proposals and pricing
  • Work closely with branch and operational teams to ensure accurate fulfilment of client requirements
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts
  • Develop strategic call and visit plans to maximise client engagement
  • Utilise CRM systems to track activity, analyse market trends, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Monitor competitor and market activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide monthly sales and KPI reporting to senior management
  • Participate in weekly internal sales meetings and collaborate with leadership and operational teams

  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse markets and identify opportunities
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity
  • Highly organised with strong time management and planning skills
  • Professional presentation and strong personal integrity
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Recruitment or labour hire experience is advantageous but not essential

🚚 Courier Drivers Wanted – High Earning Potential

Locations: Eagle Farm

Our client, in partnership with LabourPower Recruitment, is seeking reliable and motivated Courier Drivers to join the team delivering essential freight across South East Queensland. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a stable contractor business with one of the world’s leading logistics companies.

✅ What’s on Offer

  • Earning potential: $2,500-$3,000 per week
  • Monday-Friday work (early starts, finish mid-late afternoon)
  • $4 per delivery/pick up, plus bonus 50c per item on deliveries over 3 packages
  • Consistent workload: 80-90 pickups/deliveries per day – more if you are willing
  • Discounts available on vehicle rental, fuel, and insurance through our clients partners

🚛 What You’ll Need

  • Your own vehicle (or be prepared to rent a vehicle for a slittle is $410 per week)
    • Preferred: 3 Tonne truck
    • White in colour, less than 7 years old (exceptions may apply)
  • ABN
  • Valid Australian work rights
  • Experience handling multi-drop deliveries
  • Ability to drive yourself (no substitute drivers permitted)
  • Insurances required:
    • Public Liability – $10 million
    • Marine Cargo (Goods in Transit) – $150k
    • Workers Compensation
    • Motor Vehicle Insurance

📅 Other Details

  • Contractors required to take 2 weeks mandatory leave after Christmas
  • No holiday or sick leave entitlements (factored into contractor rates)
