We are seeking applicants with hands-on experience operating large industrial manufacturing machinery in a production environment. About the position
This position will be 90% based on the factory floor, 10 % office based, you will be supervising 3 direct reports and dotted line to 15 employees which are made up of permanent and casual employees. This position is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, over time as required, some requirement to work across afternoon shift when necessary. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

- A minimum of 1 year consistent experience in a manufacturing Leading hand role
- A mechanical trade qualification EG: Boilermaker, 1st class welder, sheet metal fabrication
