Permanent Dispatch Forklift Operator – Erskine Park
We are seeking a full-time permanent Dispatch Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse/dispatch environment in Erskine Park. This is a genuine permanent opportunity with a stable Monday-to-Friday day shift.
About the Role
You will play a key part in daily dispatch operations, ensuring goods are accurately picked, staged, and loaded for on-time delivery. This is a hands-on role with some team leadership responsibilities in a safety-first, fast-paced warehouse.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks from both side and rear doors
- Using SAP (or similar warehouse management systems) to process dispatch orders, scan stock, and maintain accurate records
- Staging pallets and preparing loads for dispatch
- Performing pre-start forklift checks and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Assisting with team coordination and providing guidance to other warehouse staff
- Working safely and efficiently to meet daily dispatch targets
What You Need
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift (current high-risk work licence preferred)
- Experience with SAP or any other business management/warehouse system
- Demonstrated ability in loading/unloading trucks from side and rear
- Strong safety awareness and a proactive safety-conscious attitude
- Previous team leading or mentoring experience is highly regarded
- Reliable, physically fit, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Attractive hourly rate of $36 per hour
- Full-time roster Monday to Friday – 07:30am to 3:30pm
