We are seeking an experienced and dynamic administration officer to support the daily operation of our organisation.

The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of data entry techniques and general clerical duties.

This is an exciting short term opportunity for any administration professional looking to develop skills in a supportive and proactive environment.

Primary Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide support through general clerical duties
  • Answer and screen telephone calls for all staff members and take messages when appropriate
  • Perform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning filling, and data entry as and when required
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the management and staff
  • High level MS office
  • Any other duty as reasonably directed
  • Carry out all duties in line with company policies, procedures and processes

Production Process Workers

Labourpower is currently seeking process workers and machine operators to work for our client located in Brendale. These roles will vary between being ongoing and on call roles. The roles will be starting immediately.

A range of different shifts are available such as morning, afternoon and night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an on-going work for the right candidate, with potential for training and upskilling.
