About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Electrician to support the safe and reliable operation of electrical and control systems within a manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining plant uptime, safety, and compliance, working closely with the maintenance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical maintenance and breakdown response within an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Electrical isolation, testing, fault finding, and commissioning of plant equipment
  • Fault finding on motors, control panels, switchboards, and motor control circuits
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of VSDs and associated control systems
  • Working safely around control, instrumentation, and automated systems
  • Compliance with WHS procedures, electrical legislation, and site safety standards
  • Clear communication with maintenance and operations teams
  • Accurate fault reporting and maintenance documentation

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Current NSW Electrical Licence (or transferable interstate licence)
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Current CPR / LVR certification
  • Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong electrical fault finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Own reliable transport
  • Ability to pass:
    • Police check
    • Pre employment medical
    • Drug and alcohol testing (including random testing)

Highly Desirable (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in plastic manufacturing environments, including blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion, or similar machinery
  • Exposure to instrumentation, sensors, and calibration
  • PLC and automation exposure (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar)
  • Experience working in continuous or 24 7 operations

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators (LF Licence) for ongoing casual assignments across distribution centres, 3PL warehouses and freight operations. With new clients coming on board each month, we are building a reliable casual pool ready for consistent and long-term opportunities.

About the Role

  • Operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Putaways, replenishment and pallet movement
  • RF scanning and pick packing
  • Manual handling and general warehouse duties
  • Working in fast-paced logistics and distribution environments

Shift Times:
Most assignments commence from 7:00am, with finishes typically no later than 4:00pm. Start and finish times may vary depending on client requirements.

Pay Rate:
$32-$36 per hour + Super (rate dependent on experience and assignment)

To Be Considered You Must Have

  • Current LF Forklift Licence
  • Minimum 12 months recent forklift operating experience
  • Experience within warehouse, logistics, freight or 3PL environments
  • Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in KPI-driven warehouse environments
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Availability for day shifts (Monday – Friday)
  • Reliable transport
  • Complete Drug & Alcohol screening, Reference, and Criminal History checks

    • High Mechanical & Electrical Aptitude, preferably with a relevant Trade Qualification or extensive experience as a senior operator in the FMCG sector

    About the Role

    As a Blow Moulding Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of blow moulding machinery, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimise downtime, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up, operate, and monitor blow moulding machines in line with production schedules and specifications
    • Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and stoppages to ensure optimal performance
    • Conduct routine autonomous maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and process faults
    • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality and customer standards
    • Identify, isolate, and rework non-conforming products as required
    • Maintain accurate production, downtime, and maintenance records
    • Support Die Setters, Process Workers, and Production Leaders to achieve daily production targets
    • Handle, blend, and granulate plastic materials in line with manufacturing requirements
    • Ensure correct labelling and traceability of finished goods
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with 5S and housekeeping standards
    • Train and support junior team members when required
    • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and quality improvement

    About You

    • Previous experience in blow moulding or plastics manufacturing (highly regarded)
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Confident working within automated production environments
    • Effective communicator and team player
    • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends

    Qualifications

    • Experience as a technician in a plastics manufacturing environment
    • Relevant trade qualification advantageous
