Labourpower are recruiting for 5 x High Reach Forklift Operators for National Food manufacturing client in KINGSGROVE.
Shift Details
- Day Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment, ensuring efficient and accurate movement of stock throughout the site.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Safe and precise operation of high reach forklifts (picking and put-away)
- Supporting production teams with timely stock replenishment
- Movement and staging of finished goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading trucks in line with dispatch schedules
- Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current LF forklift licence (essential)
- Strong high reach forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Experience operating Crown joystick forklifts (highly regarded)
- Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or high-volume distribution (preferred)
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and operational standards
- Excellent attendance and reliability history
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Willingness to undertake manual handling duties when required
