There roster structure – all staff must work a rotating roster consisting of 3 12hour shift per week of both day and night shift.

Month 2 same shifts except working the end of the weeks Thurs- Sat – Please note when working Saturday shift the entire shift is at OT rates.$$$$
Duties will involve but are not limited to:
- Responsible for team output
- Reporting to direct supervisor
- Repetitive manual handling up to 25kg
- Weighing of raw ingredients ,sugars starches powders
- Working on a HI SPEED production line
- Cleaning of production lines and product storage bins
To be suitable for this position you must meet the listed requirements below:
- MUST Hold a current drivers licence and have own reliable transport
- MUST be MOTIVATED TO WORK
- Available to work 3 X 12 Hour shifts per week of day/night shift

Key Responsibilities
- Run, fine-tune, and monitor blow moulding machines to hit top-tier output and quality.
- Carry out routine quality checks-weight, wall thickness, dimensions, visual standards.
- Execute machine start-ups, shutdowns, and smooth changeovers like a pro.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate anything major to keep production flowing.
- Keep accurate logs of production, downtime, and quality checks.
- Load resins, colourants, and raw materials safely and efficiently.
- Work side-by-side with technicians, leading hands, and operators to smash daily targets.
- Maintain a spotless, safe, and compliant workspace following WHS, HACCP & GMP standards.
- Support preventative maintenance and routine machine checks.
- Assist with palletising, packing, and materials handling when required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Hands-on experience in blow moulding, extrusion blow moulding, or injection blow moulding.
- Solid understanding of machine operation, tooling, and mould changeovers.
- Sharp eye for detail-strong quality assurance capabilities.
- Basic mechanical problem-solving and the ability to fix minor faults fast.
- Ability to follow production schedules and meet KPI expectations.
- Reliable communicator and team player with a strong work ethic.
- Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts when required.
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Comfortable working on your feet in a high-pace production environment.
- Able to lift up to 20 kg during materials handling tasks.

- Controlling intake (managing Truck flow for Tipping)
- Pushing up materials for stockpile
- Loading Materials into Open-topped Semi-trailers
- Completing dockets and paperwork
- General Housekeeping
- Communicating respectfully with other drivers and site visitors
It is expected that you will also participate in site upkeep and maintenance. Keeping the facility clean and tidy and organised is also part of the requirement.
To be successful for this role you must be/have
- Available 5 days a week and occasional weekends
- Genuinely interested in long term permanent opportunity
