We are seeking a Transport Administration officer who can support the daily operational needs of a large transport company. The role will require presence performing administrative tasks such as transport documentation, data entry, client services and general administrative duties.

Initially a 6 month maternity leave cover role, this is a great opportunity for anybody who has the ability to represent the best interests of our client and to adhere to company policies at all times while enhancing customer satisfaction through all facets of service delivery.

Data Entry Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Billing and Data Entry Officer to support the day to day operation of a large Finance Team. The preferred and successful candidate will have a dynamic “can do ” attitude, work well as part or team while also taking initiative in unsupervised conditions in addition possessing a firm understanding of standard accounting practices.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Rates (upkeep and maintenance, new rates, follow up through Commercial)
  • High Level Billing / invoicing
  • Account invoicing queries
  • Weekly / FN invoicing meetings address aged debtors or invoicing alignment issues.
  • Ancillary updates, client communications, approval, and acceptance
  • Collation of information/ data and putting the Customer Presentation Packs together for (QBR’s Monthly, weekly)
  • In Support CRM’s, KAM’s, States with queries, set up of new job and rate profiles through systems. Review new invoicing requirements
  • Assigned account management (Debtor query management work with finance to reduce debtor queries , improve cash flow. Track revenue fluctuations.
  • New reporting for customers
  • CPI ownership to update, distribute com’s seek acceptance confirmation.
  • Detention shipping line review (inquiries through commercial / Finance)
  • Complete revenue analyses against billing transactions, review operational account structure.
  • Master Data mailbox support daily / KPI Revenue targets.
  • System API Machine learning (connect) analysis and exception management
  • System / business improvements GAP analysis review

Desired Experience (but not essential):

  • Computer literate
  • Ms Office proficient (Advanced excel)

Primary Roles and Responsibility

  • Prompt contact and communication to customers of the FSC regarding repair status.

  • Coordinating completion of RA’s with accounts & warehouse
  • Processing of all battery/ charger/ torch claims.
