Customer Service Officer
Customer Service Officer – SAP
- $37.13 per hour casual rate
- Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
- 3 to 6 month project
- Smithfield Location
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with call centre or outbound call experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a project for a product recall, so it’s not sales, just following up on a database and updating information. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
- Support and collaboration to the greater Customer Service Team
- Service outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1-2 years in a similar customer service role
- Polished & professional phone manner
- Clear & concise communication
- Highly organised
- Strong data entry skills
