We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with strong SAP experience, who can provide support to the daily operations of a large manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while working with key customers & accounts. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team, and potentially looking at a long-term employment opportunity with the company. This role is to start ASAP.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

Manage end-to-end customer service for key accounts
Support and collaboration to the Offshore Customer Service Team
Service outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
Process orders and related inquiries, including changes to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Manage post-sales service requests, including invoice inquiries, POD requests, and resolution of discrepancies
Update customer price lists, ensuring accurate loading of new/revised pricing into SAP
To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
