Sign-In/Out Process

Signing in and out and recording accurate work hours is a simple process for our candidates using the Labourpower app or supplied iPads.

We’ve integrated the latest tech to enhance security, including AI facial recognition and customisable geofencing settings to confirm identity and location.

Attendance information is available immediately for our clients to monitor and review – providing a live snapshot of who is on-site and access to various real-time reports.

Automated Timesheets & Efficient Invoicing

Once candidate hours have been captured, timesheets are automatically generated for review, and manual adjustments can be made if required.

In addition to saving time, our clients enjoy greater confidence in their timesheet data and fewer invoicing discrepancies, thanks to complete visibility throughout our efficient approval process.

Time & Attendance System Features

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Users can set up 2FA for secure and easy Portal access without requiring email codes.

Sign-In Methods: Employees can sign in via Labourpower iPads at job sites or the Labourpower app using unique credentials, QR codes, or AI facial recognition.

Sign-In Security: Our app uses the latest technology to help ensure accuracy and security – including geofencing that recognises when candidates are onsite and AI facial recognition that confirms identity.

Real-Time Attendance Tracking: When employees sign in, their details and shift start times are recorded and linked to the client site. (providing a snapshot of who is on-site)

Automated & Manual Timesheets: Employees’ clock-in/out data generate automatic timesheets. If an employee fails to sign in, a manual timesheet can be created by an authorised client contact or recruiter.

Review & Approval: Timesheets capture sign-in/out data, allowing managers to review, edit (if necessary), and approve them. Rounding rules can be set for streamlined approvals.

Performance Ratings: Clients can rate employees’ performance based on their shifts. These ratings are integrated into the rostering system but are not visible to employees.

Approved Timesheet Reports: Approved timesheets can be accessed for invoice reconciliation and auditing. Once approved, they cannot be changed without the Labourpower payroll team’s intervention.

Customisable Settings: Clients can tailor T&A settings for each site to manage attendance tracking and approval processes according to their needs.
