What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and execution of a proactive sales strategy
  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across a wide client base
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Delivering compelling presentations to both prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and operational teams to align sales with business goals
  • Driving client engagement through phone, email, and in-person interactions

What You Bring to the Role

  • A track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to design and implement winning sales initiatives
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage and grow client portfolios
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building long-term client relationships
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A business degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Bonus: Recruitment experience or exposure to blue-collar industries (advantageous, not mandatory)
