What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the development and execution of a proactive sales strategy
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across a wide client base
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Delivering compelling presentations to both prospective and existing clients
- Collaborating with senior leadership and operational teams to align sales with business goals
- Driving client engagement through phone, email, and in-person interactions
What You Bring to the Role
- A track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Strategic thinking and the ability to design and implement winning sales initiatives
- Experience using CRM systems to manage and grow client portfolios
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building long-term client relationships
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A business degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential)
- Bonus: Recruitment experience or exposure to blue-collar industries (advantageous, not mandatory)
