Labourpower is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Milperra.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles

Conducting interviews

Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records

Assisting with recruitment campaigns and building talent pipelines

Preparing reports and providing administrative support to the recruitment team

Supporting compliance and onboarding documentation for new hires

Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms and managing responses

General office and administrative duties

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Effective time management, compliance awareness, and customer service focus

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills (intermediate to advanced)

Previous experience in team coordination or performance management is a bonus

Workload: Immediate start available
