Production Coordinator

Monday to Friday – 6.00am-3.00pm
Casual role, looking to progress to permanent after 6 months
$49.00 per hour inclusive of casual loading
Ability to lead 15-20 direct reports
Commencing 5th January 2026

Reporting to the Site Production Manager this role will lead the performance of the consumer production team in order to optimise the output and meet the demands of the marketplace, while achieving the highest quality and efficiency outcomes to deliver product at the optimal cost.

Ensure that work is carried out in a safe working manner and maintaining safe working environments.
Support and spot quality standards that meet customer expectations and requirements.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address non-conformance’s and implement preventive measures
Lead and develop your team, with a focus on talent building
Action Daily / Weekly labour and production plans with a focus on waste and stoppages minimisation
Perform minor machine setup changes and understand optimum machine setup.
Support the service teams, maintenance, and mould change.
Have a Continuous Improvement mindset to improved Safety, Productivity, Quality & Reliability
Maintain and improve production performance through effective team coordination.
Deliver products of high quality.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
