Process Workers & Ingredient Mixers ( Altona )

ABOUT THE ROLE: Labour power are seeking candidates available 5 days per week for a range of food production shifts

DUTIES:

• Packaging finished food products, ensuring proper labelling, and preparing them for storage.
• Cleaning equipment, maintaining sanitation standards, and adhering to hygiene regulations.
• Assisting with various stages of the production process, including loading materials, monitoring equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring the dough or batter meets quality standards before it moves to the next stage of production.
• Operating mixers, scales, and other related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients according to specified recipes and formulas.

MORNING

6AM – 2PM

7AM – 3PM

AFTERNOON

2PM – 10PM

3PM – 11PM

NIGHT

10PM -6AM

11PM – 7AM

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Must have previous food production experience.
• Must be available Monday to Friday
• Clean Police record
• Great attitude
