About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with blow-molding experience to support ongoing production and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to high-quality output and continuous improvement.

These are permanent positions; (if your preference is casual this can be considered)

• 1 x Day shift role
• 1 x Afternoon shift role
• 1 x Night shift role

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor blow-moulding machines

• Carry out quality checks to meet production standards

• Troubleshoot machine issues and minimise downtime

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning

• Work safely and follow company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous blow-molding machine experience (essential)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude

• Willingness to work shifts/overtime if required
