Machine Operator

Our client is a leading milling, manufacturing and distributor of flour-based food products including bakery products and flour premixes.

Our client has an opportunity for a Machine / Packing Operator based at their Tennyson site.

Our client is looking for reliable candidates who are able to work ongoing in an on-call casual role. You must be willing to work in a team environment and have the drive, initiative and can do attitude to get in and get the job done. Good communication skills, both written and verbal and high attention to detail is necessary for this role.

You must have full working rights in Australia and live in Australia and available to work rotating roster across 7 days.

What our client is looking for:

• Valid Forklift Licence, an advantage
• Strong proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Proven experience with machine operating
• Previous experience working in fast paced packing lines
• GMP and HACCP knowledge
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster
• Follow WHS and maintain safe work practices
• License and reliable transport (Sites are not accessible via public transport)
• PPE (Steel caps & high VIS shirt)
