HR Truck Drivers

Labourpower is a National Australian-owned Recruitment company with a focus on providing highly skilled, diverse and reliable candidates to our varied clients across a range of diverse industries. We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Rigid and Medium Rigid Truck Drivers for a valued client in Forrestdale.

These roles are paid on casual hourly rates, sometimes working up to 12 hours each day with penalty rates.

You will be required to undergo thorough screening which may include background checks, fitness for work checks and right to work in Australia, as well as appropriate training to ensure you are suitable for our clients.

The roles require skills that cover:

• Synchro or auto gear box experience
• Minimum 1 years demonstrated experience with a current and valid licence
• Previous Multi-Drop Experience

To be considered for these roles you will:

• Hold the above skills
• Be able to start immediately
• Physically fit and able to load & unload if required.
• Forklift licence
• Have a thorough knowledge of the metro area and surrounds
• Have contactable references from previous managers/supervisors
• Have a current driver history printout (to be dated within the last 3 months)
• Be able to pass a drug test and police check
