Front End Loader – Kembla Grange

Labourpower are recruiting for Front End Loader Operators for Recycling Transfer Station in Kembla Grange. Our client is a leader in recycling with modern advanced facilities.

Shift: 5am-1pm – however initial training will be 8am-4pm

The Role:

This is a safety-focussed position requiring a responsible operator who can follow instructions, work autonomously, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Controlling intake (managing Truck flow for Tipping)
• Pushing up materials for stockpile
• Loading Materials into Open-topped Semi-trailers
• Completing dockets and paperwork
• General Housekeeping
• Communicating respectfully with other drivers and site visitors

It is expected that you will also participate in site upkeep and maintenance. Keeping the facility clean and tidy and organised is also part of the requirement.

To be successful for this role you must be/have

• Available 5 days a week and occasional weekends
• Genuinely interested in long term permanent opportunity
• Have minimum 2 years Loader operator experience
• Previous experience within the recycling and waste industry
• Great work ethic
• Be fit and healthy
• Willing to undertake drug and alcohol screening.
• Willing to undertake Criminal History Check
• Excellent understanding and adherence to safety and WHS standards

Our client is looking for enthusiastic staff to join their Kembla Grange transfer station. Great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop are the main criteria for being eligible for this role.
