Food Grade Manufacturing/Production – South Windsor

Location: South Windsor, NSW, Australia

Shift Times: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday

Bonus Perks: Temp to Perm Opportunities.

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Process Workers to join our team at a food grade manufacturing facility in South Windsor. This is a long-term, ongoing role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting. This position is not suitable for students.

To Be Successful:

• Full-time availability (Monday – Friday, 38+ hours per week) – No part-time positions

• Must have own reliable transport

• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a rotating roster

• Reliability, strong work ethic, and physical fitness

• Capable of repetitive heavy lifting (10kg – 25kg)

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

• Open to overtime when required

• Prior experience in process work or machine operation is desirable but not essential

• Must be willing to undergo a medical fitness assessment
