Extrusion Operator

Responsibilities:

• Be a key member of the production crew.
• Produce to the production schedule
• Produce to BOM specification and run rates.
• Maximise OEE
• Quality to specification
• Minimise waste
• Optimise changeovers.
• Effective production reporting to Extrusion Supervisor via shift reports and other means.
• Accurate and timely data recording
• Recommend improvements to equipment, workplace safety, quality and performance.
• Participate in a program to improve performance to achieve best practice.Reducing physical risk
• Participating in a positive safety culture
• Following rigorous 5S program and ensuring that housekeeping is always excellent
• Reducing physical risk
