EXPERIENCED WASTE PICKERS/SORTESR – RECYCLING – SILVERWATER

Labourpower is recruiting for 8 x Waste Pickers/sorters to join well known, and well run Recycling Plant in Silverwater. Dealing in construction waste, they have been at the forefront of recyclable materials for many years and have a great reputation in the industry. They are expanding their team to meet the demands of 2026

Shift: 7am-3pm Monday to Friday

Successful applicants will have / be

• OWN Transport
• Physically fit
• Previous experience within the Waste/Recycling Industry
• Great work ethic
• White card preferred but not essential
• Able to pass drug screen
• FULL UNRESTRICTED WORK RIGHTS

In this role you will primarily be responsible for

• Sorting construction waste according to weight, material, and size.
• General Yard duties
• General labouring.
• Maintaining clean work areas/stations
