$38.99 per hour casual rate based on experience

Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm
Temp to Perm role after 12 weeks

We are currently seeking an experienced Billing Officer to support the day to day operation of a large Finance Team. The preferred and successful candidate will have a dynamic “can do ” attitude, work well as part or team while also taking initiative in unsupervised conditions in addition possessing a firm understanding of standard accounting practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supply general administrative support to the accounts team including filing, scanning and data entry
Entering financial data into books, spreadsheets or accountancy software
Keeping financial records organised and easy to access
Carrier invoices reconciliation and coding
Invoices posting
Responding to carriers queries
Coordinating with Operation to get clarity on charges billed by carriers and doesn’t match our estimated cost
Customer Billing with rate card understanding (preparing and issuing monthly invoices for our customers)
Preparing Month end accrual Journal
