Accounts Receivable Officer

• $39.20 per hour casual rate
• 4 week placement
• Commencing Monday 26th June 2025
• Monday to Friday 9.00am-1.00pm
• Banksmeadow Location

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for a 4 week placement to support the day to day operations of our client.

Commencing 26th June, the ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of accounts support processes and have a high level accuracy with data entry, reporting and spreadsheet creation

The roles will be responsible but not limited to:

• Accounts Receivables
• Debtor reporting
• Managing records and receipts
• Reconciling daily bank reconciliation
• Processing COD Payments and customer invoices
• Follow up payments as required and liaise with debtors and debt collection
• Customer Service
• Credit control
• Supporting the Finance Manager

Required Skills

• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & work well under pressure
• Desire to progress their career
• Ability to problem solve and effective decision-making skills
• Efficient organisational skills
