Key Responsibilities
- Operate blow moulding machinery safely, including start up and shutdown procedures.
- Perform basic machine corrections as needed.
- Monitor product quality and quickly address any issues.
- Report and assist in resolving machine breakdowns.
- Accurately record production data and downtime events.
- Manage non-conforming products through separation and rework.
- Conduct visual inspections during packing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with Production Managers, Leading Hands, and Quality Control Officers.
About You
- Experience in blow moulding and/or plastics manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
