Our client who is located in the Hornsby area is looking for a meticulous Chemical Compounder/Dispensary Operator to join their production team and support the Liquids Blending Compounder.
In this role, You’ll be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and compounding liquid ingredients to produce high-quality cosmetic formulations. Your attention to detail will directly impact the consistency and excellence of the final product.
This is an ongoing DAY SHIFT role working with their production team in a supportive & progressive environment. The 8 hour shift starts at 6am one week and 8am the following week.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately measure and mix liquid ingredients according to precise formulations.

Assist blending compounders and monitor blending operations for quality and consistency.

Document production data and participate in quality control testing.

Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Comply with SOPs and industry regulations within the cosmetics sector.

Collaborate with chemists and supervisors to improve blending efficiency.

Quickly report any process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
About You

Prior experience in blending, compounding, or production, ideally in cosmetics or chemical manufacturing.

Ability to interpret technical documentation, including formulations and quality standards.

Comfortable using blending machinery, measurement tools, and basic computer systems.

Strong commitment to precision and product quality.

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
