Labourpower are recruiting for a High Reach Forklift Operators for National Food manufacturing client in TAREN POINT. This is an ongoing role in in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong focus on high reach forklift operations.
AFTERNOON SHIFT: 3pm-11pm Monday to Friday
Successful applicants must have
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Experienced with High Reach forklifts.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing and/or warehouse industry is essential
- Food manufacturing and distribution experience preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent Safety Record
- Great attendance Record
- Willing to undertake manual handling
- Must have FULL WORKING RIGHTS and AVAILABILITY
Depending on your skills and experience your role would entail a mix of the below
- High reach forklift operation, including picking and put-away
- Supplying stock to production teams
- Removing finished products from production lines
- Truck loading
- Pallet wrapping and staging

Labourpower is currently seeking 15 x FOOD PRODUCTION STAFF to work in a Food Manufacturing plant in Taren Point. These roles will mainly be focused around packing baked products into cartons. These roles will be ongoing and starting in the new year.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- AFTERNOON – 3:30pm-11:30pm
To be successful for this role you will need;
- Experience as a packer or experience working in a fast-paced physical environment is preferred
- Food manufacturing experience is desired but not necessary
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Be available to start immediately
- Have FULL WORKING RIGHTS and AVAILABILITY
Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Fast-paced packaging and labelling
- Packing finished products accurately into boxes
- Be able to perform general production paperwork and quality checks when required
- Be responsible for quality
- General housekeeping duties
- Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
