Labourpower are recruiting for 4 x High Reach Forklift Operators for National Food manufacturing client in TAREN POINT.
MORNING SHIFT: 6.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday ($36 P/H) occasional Saturdays – must be flexible as start times can vary
NIGHT SHIFT: 10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday ($45 P/H) – must be flexible as start times can vary
Successful applicants will have/be;
- Current LF Licence
- Experienced with High Reach forklifts.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing and/or warehouse industry
- Food manufacturing and distribution experience preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent Safety Record
- Great attendance Record
- Willing to undertake manual handling
- Willing to undertake drug and alcohol screen
- FULL UNRESTRICTED WORK RIGHTS
Depending on your skills and experience your role would entail a mix of the below
- High Reach, picking and put-away
- Running stock to production teams
- Removing Finished products from production teams
- Truck Loading
- Pallet wrapping and staging

Labourpower is currently seeking 15 x FOOD PRODUCTION STAFF to work in a Food Manufacturing plant in Taren Point These roles will mainly be focused in the OVENS, DEPOSITING AND MIXING SECTIONS
To be successful for this role you will need;
- Previous experience within the baking and food manufacturing industries
- Be strong, fit, and healthy and comfortable with HEAVY LIFTING
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Be available to start immediately
- Have FULL UNRESTRICTED WORKING RIGHTS and Availability
Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Mixing batches of raw ingredients for recipes
- Depositing Mixtures into baking moulds
- Monitoring ovens and baking process
- Feeding ovens and removing finished products
- Be able to perform general production paper work and quality checks when required
- Be responsible for quality
- General housekeeping duties
- Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
- Mixing and Batching Ingredients
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- DAY – 6am-2pm, 6.30am-2.30pm, 7.30am-3.30pm
- AFTERNOON – 2pm-10pm, 2.30pm-10.30pm, 3.30pm-11.30pm
- NIGHT – 10pm-6am, 10.30pm-6.30pm, 11.30pm-7.30am
