What You’ll Be Doing

As our Administration Officer, your mission is to support the Payroll Team with accurate data entry, internal coordination, and payroll communication.

  • Enter timesheet and job order data into FastTrack360 and related systems
  • Communicate with branches nationwide to collect and clarify timesheets
  • Follow up on outstanding or incorrect job orders
  • Assist with payroll-related queries via phone, email, and FastTrack
  • Flag and investigate discrepancies in data
  • Support the Payroll Manager and broader team with general admin tasks
  • Help with filing, archiving, and document tracking
  • Be ready to adapt in a fast-moving environment

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in admin, payroll or accounts (12+ months preferred)
  • Strong computer skills especially MS Office Suite

  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (public transport is limited in Port Botany)

Weighbridge Operator

  • $37.07 per hour casual rate

We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to perform an operators role to support the day to day operations of a large Waste Management business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets;
  • Providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face;
  • Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation;
  • Monthly account reconciliation; and
  • Completion of on boarding and inductions.

Skills and experience will include:

  • Prior experience working in a customer focused role;
  • General administrative skills such as data entry;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A friendly, customer focused attitude;
  • Previous experience with cash handling;

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic administration officer to support the daily operation of our organisation.

The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of data entry techniques and general clerical duties.
