About the role: Labourpower have multiple exciting opportunities for warehouse pick packers to join our National Client based in Brendale.
We are looking for candidates who are who are looking to take the next step in their warehousing career. This is an opportunity for ongoing work and full time employment.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday Morning and Afternoon shifts available.
This role is 5 days per week and you must have full working rights in Australia.

Duties will include:
- Accurate picking and packing of orders
- Processing stock around the warehouse
- Previous Manual handling experience
- Keeping a safe, clean and tidy work environment
- Meet daily KPI targets
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience with RF scanning or Voice pick
- Previous manual handling experience preferred
- Attention to detail and excellent communication.
- Be KPI driven & effective time management
- Exposure to computerised inventory systems
- Must be able to pass a police check
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test

Labourpower is currently seeking experienced process workers and machine operators to work for our client located in Brendale. These roles will vary between being ongoing and on call roles. The roles will be starting immediately.
A range of different shifts are available such as morning, afternoon and night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an on-going work for the right candidate, with potential for training and upskilling.
To be successful for this role you will need;
- You must be available to work on call
- Available to work rotating roster if required
- Experience as a packer or experience working in a fast paced physical environment
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously
- Reliability and punctuality
- Own car and licence
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Forklift licence an advantage, but not necessary
- Be available to start immediately
Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Filling and sealing finished products
- Packing finished products accurately into boxes
- Be able to do general production paperwork and quality checks
- Be responsible for quality
- General housekeeping duties
- Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
You must have Full Working Rights in Australia and be able to work 38hrs per week.
