Duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Cleaning of high end luxury holiday properties throughout the central coast and lower Newcastle regions
- All facets of cleaning such as, changing bedding, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuuming, dusting, polishing
- Removal of any rubbish or belongings left behind
- Working as part of a team and also autonomously
- Driving from location to location in a safe and timely manner
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
As a luxury property cleaner, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- A minimum 12 months cleaning residential properties
- A exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent personal skills
- Be easy going and willing to go that extra step
- Be able to work any day of the week, day or night
You must also have your own reliable vehicle & drivers licence.
A current police check will be a pre-requisite of this role.

Essentials for this role:
- A minimum of 5 years consistent experience in programming
- Experience with EnRoute software for CNC router programming, particularly in fibreglass panel production
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Hands on experience operating punch and break machines, with a sound understanding of production work flows
- Excellent communication skills
- A sheet metal trade qualification or similar Trade Qualification or relevant experience in similar role
- A drivers license and working rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities
