Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Master Data Officer to support the day to day operation of a large Finance Team. The preferred and successful candidate will have a dynamic “can do ” attitude, work well as part or team while also taking initiative in unsupervised conditions in addition possessing a firm understanding of standard accounting practices.

Core Responsibilities:

Rates (upkeep and maintenance, new rates, follow up through Commercial)
High Level Billing / invoicing
Account invoicing queries
Weekly / FN invoicing meetings address aged debtors or invoicing alignment issues.
Ancillary updates, client communications, approval, and acceptance
Collation of information/ data and putting the Customer Presentation Packs together for (QBR’s Monthly, weekly)
In Support CRM’s, KAM’s, States with queries, set up of new job and rate profiles through systems. Review new invoicing requirements
Assigned account management (Debtor query management work with finance to reduce debtor queries , improve cash flow. Track revenue fluctuations.
New reporting for customers
CPI ownership to update, distribute com’s seek acceptance confirmation.
Detention shipping line review (inquiries through commercial / Finance)
Complete revenue analyses against billing transactions, review operational account structure.
Master Data mailbox support daily / KPI Revenue targets.
System API Machine learning (connect) analysis and exception management
System / business improvements GAP analysis review
