FREIGHT HANDLERS – ENFIELD

Labourpower are recruiting for 12 X FREIGHT HANDLERS for International Freight Distribution Company in Enfield. Our client is currently building their AM and PM shifts for PEAK SEASON

SHIFTS:

Morning: 5.30am-9.30am – MUST HAVE FORKLIFT LICENCE

Afternoon: 4.30pm-8.30pm

The Role:

• Unloading incoming freight for local distribution
• Loading outgoing freight for national distribution
• palletising parcels and packages for truck load
• High volume Manual handling
• Sorting freight by location and destination

Successful Applicants will have/be:

• Previous Freight handling experience
• BE AVAILABLE 5 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY TO FRIDAY
• Strong, fit and able to perform manual handling for entirety of shift
• Forklift Licence is required for AM SHIFT
• Willing to undertake drug and alcohol screening
• Willing to undertake Criminal History Check
• Strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of WHS, Safety and Correct Manual Handling Techniques
• A desire to develop, learn and follow instructions
• Excellent Numeracy and literacy skills
