Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Junior Administration Assistant to support the operations team of a waste management company. This is a casual role ongoing role with the potential for permanency.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Customer service and Administration Role
  • Strong IT knowledge and computer skills
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide quality administration support to the operations team
  • Filing, scanning and digital uploads
  • General clerical and data entry skills a must
  • Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times
  • Be alert for potential hazardous situations and report any hazardous situations in a timely manner

DOCKHAND LABOURERS WITH FORKLIFT LICENCE EXPERIENCE

Pay rate: $42hr

About the role:

HIGH REACH FORKLIFT OPERATORS – COLD STORAGE

Available Shift Times:

  • 6am $36.91hr
  • 2pm $42.00hr

Location: Greystanes, NSW

About the role:

  • Monday to Friday 5 days a week MINIMUM with occasional OT on weekends
  • Efficient experience operating Highreach and Counterbalance Forklifts
  • Moving freight to and from storage areas (Freezer/Cold storage)
  • Ensure that trucks are loaded in accordance with the load sheet
  • Operation of RF scanners
  • Efficient operation of picking & stacking orders

The candidates we are looking for:

  • LF Forklift license required
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Working Holiday Visa – NO STUDENT VISA due to view of permanency
  • Minimum 6months Proven experience operating Counterbalance
  • Minimum 6months Proven experience operating High reach
  • Must be Reliable and punctual to ALL rostered shifts
  • RF scanning experience (Highly desirable but not essential)

  • Training on a buddied-up system will be provided at the Greystanes Warehouse

Industrial Electrician – Western/Southwest Sydney PERM ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a busy plastic packaging manufacturing facility in Western/Southwest Sydney.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working onsite keeping high-speed production lines running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy fault finding, preventive maintenance, and working with real industrial machinery, this could be a great opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Electrical maintenance, breakdown response, and preventive maintenance on production equipment
  • Fault finding and repairs on motors, control panels, switchboards, VSDs, and automated systems
  • Electrical isolation, testing, tagging & testing, and commissioning of plant machinery
  • Working on blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion lines and other plastic packaging equipment
  • Troubleshooting control, instrumentation, and automation systems
  • Helping maintain high plant uptime in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment

What we need from you:

  • Current NSW Electrical Licence (or transferable interstate licence)
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
  • Current White Card
  • Current CPR / LVR certification
  • Proven experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
  • Own reliable transport + Australian driver’s licence
  • Must be willing to undergo police check, pre-employment medical, and drug & alcohol testing (including random)

Highly Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience in plastic packaging or plastic manufacturing (blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion, etc.)
  • Tag & Test experience
  • Exposure to PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley), instrumentation, sensors, and calibration
  • Experience working in continuous 24/7 operations

  • Accurately recording and maintaining production and warehouse output.
  • Ensuring equipment is safe and fit for the process.
  • Performing minor maintenance, machine and tooling changes as required.
  • Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Focusing on reduction and identifying productivity improvements.
  • Coordinating movements of incoming and outgoing shipment for the warehouse

You will ideally have 3-5 years experience in a similar role in production & warehousing. Other experience you need will include:

  • Current LF Forklift licence
  • SAP experience ideal
