PACKER COLD STORAGE – WETHERILL PARK

Day shift: 6am-2pm Rate: $33

Afternoon shift: 2pm-10pm Rate: $38

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Fulfilment Team Members. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching premium fresh pet food orders while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse systems.

• Label, sort, and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Palletise, wrap, and stage orders for transport.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Work in a refrigerated environment (cold storage).

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

• Assist with stock movement and inventory control as required.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse, fulfilment, or food production experience is highly regarded.

• Experience using RF scanners is an advantage.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting of up to 20kg.

• Comfortable working in a cold environment.

• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday to Friday.

• Flexible to work overtime when required.

• Own reliable transport is preferred due to shift times.

• Steel cap safety boots are essential.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment if required.

• Must have full working rights in Australia.
