Senior Warehouse Manager

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain will be required to oversee:

Warehouse Operations of over 50,000 SKUs
Logistics & Distribution servicing the greater Victorian network
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Leadership & Direction
Interactions with the employee union
Review current work practices and review operating costs.
Proactively identify and escalate opportunities to improve the inbound operations.
Quickly escalate any issues that may impact operations.
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across the receiving and put-away operations using established methodologies.
Recommend and implement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and cut costs by simplifying processes.
Facilitate change management projects from concept through to successful delivery.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with and coaching key stakeholders.
