Pallet Control Administrator

• Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (flexible start time)
• $36-$40 per hour, casual rate + super
• immediate start

We are currently seeking a Pallet Control Administrator in Minto. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in pallet control, documentation management, and compliance. The role will also provide support to onsite Transport Coordinators as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing and reconciling pallet accounts, investigating discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation systems
• Validating transport documentation to meet CoR, safety, and quality standards
• Supporting daily operations and assisting Transport Coordinators as needed

Required Skills

• Strong experience in pallet control (essential), including CHEP/LOSCAM management
• Experience with documentation control (PODs, manifests, consignment notes)
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), safety, and quality compliance
• Preferred knowledge of 2IC systems
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
