Logistics Coordinator

• Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
• $35-$39 per hour, casual rate + super
• immediate start
• Bankstown Airport

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Bankstown Airport. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in reverse logistics and customer service work and have a dynamic “can do” attitude and be a proactive employee when learning tasks and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reverse Logistics
• Inventory Management
• Business to Business customer service – dealing with Major Accounts
• Logistics and transport administrative duties and knowledge
• Provide admin support to senior managers
• Bookings
• Data Entry
• Raising Purchase orders
• Problem Solving

Required Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years experience within logistics or transport
• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Positive and personable
• Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
