EXPERIENCE MANUFACTURING LABOURER WITH FORKLIFT LICENSE

Time: 8am-4pm

Location: Kings Park

Rate: $35

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (counterbalance and/or high reach) to transport goods (MINIMAL FORKLIFT WORK)
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Move, stack, and store pallets in racking systems
• Pick and pack orders in line with dispatch requirements
• Replenish stock and maintain organised warehouse locations
• Perform daily pre-start checks and report equipment issues
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory
• Follow all WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Valid Australian forklift licence (LF required; LO advantageous)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to safely handle heavy or bulky items
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Basic computer or RF scanning experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions

• Warehouse or distribution centre environment
• Fast-paced with productivity targets
• May involve manual handling and extended forklift use
• Shift work, overtime, and weekend work may be required

Preferred Skills

• Experience in 3PL or freight environments
• Knowledge of pallet control and load restraint
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
